Last week, Nicholas Mbaezue-Daniel (COO, Fresh Tech Solutionz) and Derrell Noris (CEO, Fresh Tech Solutionz) had the honor of participating in a powerful panel discussion at the University of Houston-Downtown’s Accelerated Transfer Academy (ATA). The panel, titled “Entrepreneurship & Life After College: Navigating Your Path to Success,” provided students with real-world insights into entrepreneurship, career growth, and the journey after graduation.
Joining them on the panel were Tremaine Kwasikpui from Remax and author & life coach Dominique Pugh, both of whom brought valuable perspectives on personal growth, business, and career transitions.

➡ Derrell and Nicholas shared their unique paths—one leveraging corporate experience before diving into entrepreneurship and the other going all in from the start. Both approaches have value, and the key is understanding your risk tolerance, financial situation, and long-term goals.

➡ The panelists revealed their personal journeys, discussing whether they chose entrepreneurship out of passion or necessity. The message was clear: success comes from taking control of your future, whether it’s through business ownership or career growth.
